[Eastern Nebraska] Who used to belong to this wing?

Found this ownerless wing on the sidewalk while out for a walk. Thoughts on who it came from? I was thinking a swift or swallow based on the size, but the long forearm is making me wonder if it's something else.

First photo is the friend in question. Second photo is a Semipalmated Plover, who Merlin says the first bird also is. However, my photo was flagged for review on eBird, and I was already on the fence about this guy being Semipalmated. What do you think?

There was a Snowy noted in the area, but I don't think that's what it is. I'm almost thinking Piping?

Absolutely open to thoughts!

Sorry for the quality, this guy was cruising well above a10-story building. Thoughts on who it might be?
