Living with CAD?

Anyone under 50 with CAD? What is your life like? I am wondering if I have it. I have exercise intolerance. My heart rate soars if I do anything over a brisk walk and I’ll have extreme fatigue for the next 12 hours like in coma.

which accounts are impossible for a judgment holder to levy?

I have been researching this quite a bit and so far ive come up with a few options:

Obviously cash but thats kinda risky.

Delware banks: Levy proof by law but I think you have to actually be a resident there.

Cold storage bitcoin or any token

Even having out of state banks creates a slight level of protection in that they must domesticate the judgement with some states being more difficult.

Any other good options that are cheap?

My parents have millions in assets probably 5 million total and steady income of at least 100k per year from a business that is basically passive and low stress.. YET they will not spend $5 without stressing. They only go out on taco tuesday and buy 5 tacos for $10. They refuse to go to the doctor for health because its too expensive to get a wellness checkup dont think they have ever gone. their cars are all 25 years old+ and they have 5 of them they alternate driving while the other is in the shop with their cheap handy man. They only shop at goodwill for clothes but most of their clothes are over 20 years old. They do live in a LCOL area as well... its like their entire personalities are based on "saving a dollar" and minimal living. Now they will buy large ticket items like 100 acres of land or 5 houses to rent to get more income... But that is literally just business. They are extreme hoarders because "you never know when you will need something and always buy things on sale or at goodwill just in case or as a future gift" their house looks like a packed mini-storage. What kind of mental illness is this? im tired of visiting because its boring to just sit around and do nothing or go to the SALVAGE grocery store (where they buy all their food) for a fun outing.

This was 5 years ago LV stroke volume index is 36.1 ml/m² low is 35.... Says normal on echo findings...

Is this causing my exercise intolerance issues? I can only imagine how low it is now 5 years later probably less than 30 no wonder I am feeling like I cant get oxygen to my body.

40 yo slim tall athletic build. Basically for the last 10 years or so I’ve had zero endurance. I cannot do light jog without my heart rate instantly spiking to 80% max. I can walk for 12 hours and my heart will be about 120. No symptoms. But any kind of moderate activity and my heart rate is maxed with profuse sweating. No matter how much I try to jog this happens. I see people 70yo jogging all the time what is wrong with me?
