What are my options? I ordered Soundcore r50i NC due to its affordability at that time, however yung pinadala ng seller is just the standard version (w/out NC).
Na-contact ko napo yung CS ng Shopee and ang sabi lang nila choice ko na daw if i-rerefund ko yung item which is a problem kasi If I ordered again, it would cost much more (original price is around 800-1k).
Ang hirap din po kausapin ng seller chat agent ng Anker Flagship Store kasi parang puro AI automated response yung reply saakin.
Nakaka-frustrate!!! huhuhuhu
