What’s the #1 thing you’d change about Sycle if you could?

Curious what other hearing clinics/HIS/audiologists/front office staff think about this.

If you could improve or completely redesign one part of Sycle, what would it be?

Could be:

  • Scheduling
  • Follow-ups
  • Reporting
  • Insurance workflow
  • Patient profiles
  • Trial tracking
  • Task management
  • UI/design
  • Speed
  • Integrations
  • Anything else

I use it daily and feel like there are a lot of little things that could be smoother/faster, especially compared to newer software in other industries.

Interested to hear what frustrates people most or what features you wish existed. Also I am not a Sycle worker lmao. I am a HIS in Nebraska

i’ve noticed i’m weirdly inconsistent with dental care

like i’ll brush obviously, but stuff like whitening, flossing consistently, switching heads, etc… i kinda fall off unless something reminds me

it’s not that i don’t care, it just doesn’t stay top of mind until i’m like “yeah i should probably fix that”

so recently i started putting together a small box for myself with things like floss picks, whitening stuff, replacement heads, etc and just keeping it all in one place

weirdly it’s helped a lot because it makes it super easy to just grab something and do it instead of thinking about it

now i’m kinda thinking about turning it into a monthly thing (i’ve been calling it SmileBox), but i genuinely can’t tell if this is actually useful or if it’s just something i’d use and no one else would care about

so i’m curious:

do you guys struggle with staying consistent with dental care stuff too?
and would something like that actually help, or would you just ignore it after a while

also what would you actually want in something like that to make it worth it? just trying to figure out if this is even a real problem for people or just me. I posted a website for it. www.smileboxusa.com

not trying to sell anything, just trying to figure out if this is even a real problem for people or just me
