Just completed my first engine top end rebuild. The satisfaction i feel right now is amazing. Took me a long time figuring everything out. I had the engine on and off the frame 4 times. Lol. Ive learned so much, I went from not knowing shi about a multimeter, to feeling pretty confident using it. I still need to button it up and run the harness tighter and out of the way. It was only a little chinese atv, but it's a great feeling. I cant wait to break it in tomorrow and for my kids to make memories on it. I only have a video of it starting. It's to late and I need to get cleaned up. I don't have anyone to share with l, so I figured I'd post it here. Thank you for your time.

I was literally on my way home and seeing a card shop that I've never stopped at decided to swing by, and grabbed 2 obsidian flames, pulled this on the first pack and I don't even have any penny sleeves with me. Currently , pulling up to another card shop just to grab some sleeves. The centering on this is horrible, but I don't plan on selling anyway.

I have been tearing this engine down. Step-by-step pretty much through Google instructions. 3 of the 4 of these sleeves came out with the separation of the blocks, but this fourth won't. Google seems to think that it cannot be scraped, even in the slightest, and recommends , trying to fit a bolt in the sleeve snugly and working it out. That simply just isn't happening. Ive sprayed WD40 , PB blaster, ive done everything I can, just short of taking some needle notice pliers to it. Google says it's an oil passage so it can't be tapered with but it seems like it's just a sleeve for the mounting studs. Does anybody have a recommendation of how I can get this out? I have a brand new cylinder and piston in the box.Still that will replace this one.
