Long story short my GC screwed me over and my house is not habitable.

My cabinets (not from the GC) have been ready since December. They are custom cabinets stained white oak and painted maple. They are all inset. My wonderful cabinet maker has held on to them but he’s concerned about them possibly warping / contracting and causing hairline cracks. He said they are currently at his finishers shop. I didn’t know this but he just told me he doesn’t think his finishers shop has HVAC. I’m in South Florida and it’s getting warm. I’m still at least 3 months out from my house being habitable. I have 2 options 1. Leave them at the finishers shop and hope it’s ok or 2. Move them to a climate controlled storage facility.

My cabinet maker said he thinks they might be ok but he’s not sure. He says that moving them around a lot also isn’t good. He’s never had this happen before so he is not sure what I should do.

Any advice? I’m inclined to think moving them to a climate controlled storage facility is better than keeping them at the finishers shop if there’s no climate control. Does this cause issues with them getting acclimated to that spot then coming to my house after? The inset is really what makes it risky also.

I have a 2023 ranger xlt. Very basic- think fleet truck. Anyway I got a flat tire and figured I might take the opportunity to upgrade. My current tires are the ones that came originally on the truck- Bridgestone dueler h/t 255/70/R16. My husband said the tires treads are 6

What tires should I consider upgrading to? I know nothing about trucks or tires lol I mostly ride on paved roads and dirt roads/my yard to get to my barn/ haul stuff around. Nothing too crazy.

I’m in South Florida /rainy area if that helps?
