Family member experiencing psychosis

My twin smokes weed everyday and no matter how much I try to convince him to stop, he says it’s the only thing that helps him. He also still does mushrooms occasionally. The past few months he’s had a change in personality, he’s become far more distant and more religious. We didn’t grow up religious but now he thinks he’s been chosen by God to spread his words, so he is constantly giving unsolicited opinions because he thinks he’s a prophet. He believes that most people in the family are evil and have demons attached to them so he needs to get away from us all. He says things about seeing angels and demons. Recently, it’s gotten more concerning he now has been coming home from work talking about people trying to kill him and he’s in a situation that no one can know about. Today, he came home angry at me because he had apparently been sent a screenshot that proved I had been selling information against him and i did it because a demon possessed me. My mum believes he is in a real situation and he has got involved with dodgy people and he hasn’t got any mental illness. I’m just wondering what to do in this situation, my family are not familiar with mental health but they are very supportive so they will help as much as possible. He has refused to see a doctor but i think our mum could convince him if i can convince her.
