I have had 18months of micromanagement, unwanted sexual conversations, outright lies from my manager blaming me for his mistakes, to name but a few. I have bipolar. There is only myself and manager in the office. I raised complaint with business owner, it is only a small business. He was initially very interested and looking for a solution. We then had a meeting with business owner and my mental health retention officer to address complaint which resulted in a manic breakdown for me and I was sectioned. Business owner witnessed this. Since returning from a 3 week stay in hospital the only contact in 5 weeks from the business owner has been an email stating hope recovering well and stating I’m entitled to ssp. Since that email for 4 weeks there has been no contact, he is ignoring calls and emails from myself and mental health retention officer. What should I be doing to resolve this?
