This guy is in East window, seems to put out new growth however it is about as much as the rate of lower leaf yellowing/loss. I water every ~2 weeks or so but only when a wooden skewer pulls dry. Should I repot? Should I try and water propagate the upper portions? Thanks in advance for any help.
