1986 Toyota Crown with 2.0L inline-6 1GE-U, the noise can be heard best at the start and end of the video, it sounds like a repetitive low mechanical chirp, sounds like bad bearings of some kind but can't figure out from where.

It can only be heard when engine is warm after a decent drive and idling in neutral or park, I've already replaced all belts and had the alternator bearings changed as they were squeaking when the pulley was rotated by hand but that didn't fix the issue. I rotated all other pulleys and idler by hand that I could when I was changing the belts but none of the other pulleys squeaked. Also the noise disappears once the engine has been switched off and then turned back on again immediately after. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
