Looking for suggestions for maintenance

As you can see from my flair, I continue to lose past my goal weight. I started in Jan and took one month of 1.5 mg and since then, have taken 4 mg pill daily. Never needed to go higher since the 4mg pill was working great for me. I have three more bottles of 4 mg at home. I really don't want to lose any more weight, but don't want to stop cold turkey in case food noise returns and the weight creeps back. I'm committed to not being a yoyo dieter as in the past. Besides the health benefits of keeping the weight off (inflammation gone, less joint pain, lower blood pressure and no longer prediabetic, I don't want to purchase any more clothes. I've already supplied my local thrift shop with all my XLarge and Large clothes. I'm only buying what I absolutely need at a minimum. I think I need to increase my calorie intake and protein. I'm trying to supplement my 3 meals daily with either a protein bar or shake. I'm thinking to start skipping a few days in between pills to maybe increase my appetite which would impact calories. Any thoughts or suggestions are most welcome!

I just return from a 20-day trip to Central Asia. I took my 4 mg pill every day (except travel days since the time was so screwed up). Before I left, I weighed 148.8 and when I returned, I weighed 143.8. I'm not trying to lose any more weight, but I did have a stomach/intestinal issue while traveling which probably contributed to the additional weight loss. I really wasn't able to keep up my water intake or fiber amount. We only drank bottled water but bathroom stops were infrequent and some were pretty nasty :) Fiber was almost nonexistent but protein was bountiful as the countries we visited are meat eaters. We had 3 meals a day and I usually ate a decent breakfast but lunch and dinner I only picked at. One reason was because I was not that hungry, and the other was that the food generally did not appeal. I didn't eat any desserts although some looked amazing - my husband did gain a few pounds as he was the recipient of my hand-offs.

I plan on continuing to take the 4mg pill (daily or every other day) until my prescription runs out. My primary care doctor was very generous with the refills. I have 3 unopened bottles at home and just renewed for another. My plan is to gradually increase my calorie intake, so I don't lose any more weight.
