I recently bought a new filter for my 29G planted tank, the fluval 207. It’s worked great and made my water really clear but I’m having issues with the CO2 placement.
Right now I’ve got the diffuser under the spray bar with the bar in the middle of the tank as shown. The problem is that I’m not sure CO2 is reaching all of the tank. All my plants are doing well except my rotala which can be seen in pic 2. It’s really struggling growing twisted and horizontal, and I’m not sure if it’s a co2 issue. You can see the new rotala orange juice I added a few days ago behind it which seems to be doing ok.
I moved the co2 indicator and it’s showing dark green in that spot. Is there a better way I can set up the equipment? I was thinking of keeping the intake in the back right but moving the spray bar to the back left still facing forwards. Should I move the co2 diffuser to the left wall?
(As a side note, I was using all in one ferts but ran out lately so haven’t used it in a couple weeks, but the rotala issue has been going on for a few months.)
Any help appreciated.
