I’m in the PNW and have quite a few Anna’s year round. In the last 2 days I have seen 3 different hummingbirds with only one working leg. I feel so bad because they can’t actually rest while eating, because they are flapping their wings trying to stay upright. What could have happened to them and is there something I can do to make them more comfortable while eating? This is the first time I’ve ever noticed this.
