Annoyed by my naivety
I was sitting on the subway this morning and two seats next to me there was this guy, who I thought looked decent. The train was relatively empty and the only other two people were sitting at the other end of the car. I looked at my phone and kept to myself. Somewhere along the way I noticed that he yawned quite loud. I didn’t think much about it. Then he yawned again and I just thought that it was a bit annoying. A little later the train reached the terminus and I got up. While getting up I noticed that he was buckling his belt and closing his pants, which then made me notice that he probably wanted to get my attention before. I was late for work, so I had to go and leave the train.
I am inexperienced but it has been a fantasy of mine since I was 16 years or so to get into this kind of situation.
Ever since leaving the train I’m annoyed by me being so dense and I regret not acting on the offer…
