"Red Nova Dragon" has "Red Dragon Archfiend" as a summoning requirement, but does not mention it in the effect description.

I'm not sure if summoning requirements count as a "mention".

Does "Red Dragon Nova" mention "Red Dragon Archfiend", especially in reference to "Red Zone"?
