Computer tower isn't interactive with screen

I'm booting up this old computer tower that was in storage. Everything looks like it's working, for the most part. I'm just not getting anything to show up on screen, be it hdmi or the normal port (don't know what it's called but I know it's a blue port you screw the cable into)
