It keeps bootlooping after I restart it and won’t stop until I turn off the PSU switch. I tried reseating the RAM and clearing the CMOS, but it keeps happening. I already sent it to a technician and he said it was probably too dirty, so he cleaned it for me, and it did work for a couple of days. But the moment I shut it down and boot it back up, it happens again.
