This is the second time this has happened. Wtf is it?

I was just scrolling throught posts, when the like button turned into this realistic eye thing. I downloaded a screen recorded, and when going back to instagram it refreshed. But the evil eye was still there.

As you can see it only happens with 1 post. The rest are normal.

I didnt record first time, i just took a screenshot. Decided i would record and post here if it happened again. And it did. Any idea on whats this about????

Also ignore the background sound, im at the job and one of the refrigerators is loud af.
