Heavy Chewy boxes

Anyone else getting ultra heavy boxes delivered from Chewy? I use autoship for the food and kitty litter for my two cats and a dog. Rather than divide the shipment into two normal boxes, they cram everything into one giant box that is getting close to impossible for me (78F) to even get into the house. Pretty soon, I'll have to open the box where it was delivered and transfer the contents one by one into the house. I feel sorry for the poor FedEx drivers who have to get these things from the truck to my porch. I've let Chewy know that I would prefer the shipment divided up ... waiting to see if that actually happens.

I'm so mad right now. Just placed a $70 order for food with a $10 tip. The second after I hit the order button, I received a notification from my credit card company that the charge had been processed, and the next second I received this message:

"Hi XXXX , your order from XXXX has been cancelled because the store is unable to fulfill the order. Your charges will be removed from your statement within 3 days. We apologize for the inconvenience."

So I call the restaurant ... they had my order but with the explanation that the order had been cancelled by the customer (ie, me). So now I have to drive over there to get it ... and pay for my order AGAIN. And just sit and wait around for a refund from DoorDash. What a scam.
