This doesn’t make sense to me.

I didn’t code much this week, so tonight I tried to use more of my weekly quota before it resets in a couple hours. But Windsurf is blocking me because my daily quota is at 100%, even though my weekly quota is only at 58%.

So what’s the point of having a weekly quota if I can’t actually use the rest of it before the weekly reset?

I don’t mind having limits, but the daily cap overriding the weekly cap makes the weekly quota feel misleading. If usage is sold weekly, users should be able to use the remaining weekly quota before it expires, or it should go back to a monthly quota system.

Am I misunderstanding how this works, or is this just how the new quota system is designed?
