Hello, I just moved to nagoya today. I visited a couple of supermarkets like aeon and seijo ishii, but everything seems to be in small portion, like for one meal or even less. But I want to buy larger portion stuff, esp frozen meat like chicken breast and shrimp, for better price and less frequent shop visit.

chatgpt said i can try 業務スーパー, but im not exactly sure if it really opens for individual buyers or if it actually offers frozen chicken breast.

I assume costco might work, but I live very far from that area and I do not have a car/costco membership.

is grocery delivery app a thing here? both preorder and instant delivery count.

i dont need anything fancy, just need to buy some veggies/meat, ideally frozen.
