Welp it finally happened.

Hello fellow walgreens pharmacy associates. Today I got my first ever written warning about my "attitude". For a little bit of background im an RXOM at a tier 5 pharmacy on the west coast. And this is my third store that I transferred to mainly because it was an "opportunity" to grow within the company. I've only been and RXOM since October of 25' and I went from a tier 3 store to this one. Never in my 3 years with the company have I ever had issues with my "attitude" till I got to this store. But also the store I was working at never tolerated patients YELLING AND CUSSING at us techs. They yell at us for a multitude of things at my current store but I'm the bad guy because I dont take the yelling at my staff or at me.

Another thing my staff refuses to close and work weekends. So I am by myself for 3-4 hours at night monday-friday if I dont have another closing tech. And they expect me to be NICE when I AM BEING YELLED AT.

My pharmacists dont help up front at all unless I ask them to but they feel as though its not "helpful" to be up front when we have the phones ringing off the hook and 20+ people waiting for prescriptions that have to be filled before we close at 10.

I am tired. I am frustrated. And I am about to just be done. But I have to work on myself because I have to be nice to these people. I am so tired of being yelled at by patients because things aren't filled or there's an insurance issue. Dont even get me started on people wanting their controls early.

These people put there complaints in and they expect change from who? Corporate is giving me shit for budgeting hours so I can maybe have 5 1/2 techs during a 14 hour work day and maybe 4 techs on Saturday and Sunday. IT IS NOT WORKING. you know what else isn't working TELLING ME TO BE NICE WHEN I HAVE NO STAFF AND BEING YELLED AT BY MULTIPLE PEOPLE BECAUSE OF MULTIPLE DIFFERENT ISSUES.

Like I am sorry your prescriptions aren't ready. I can have them ready for you in 30 minutes to an hour because I am currently the only tech and my pharmacist can only do so much.

My store is chronically over 1000+ in the fill queue and over 40 in f1. I dont know how to help this store. I dont especially since now I have to be "nice".
