With rice noodles - best chicken pho I've ever had in NYC, at Pho Ga Vang. Wondering what y'all's thoughts are?

GI prescribed a quick dose of 40mg to mitigate symptoms after a cold-induced flare, and floated this possibility. Anyone have experience with side effects/etc?
