I (23F) took my car to get an oil change and tire rotation, I waited almost 2 hours and than the mechanic handed me a piece of paper stating that both of my axles needed to be replaced. I have heard stories about them making stuff up so I said thanks I will have my dad check out my car. Mind you I bought the car used about 5/6 months ago and have had no issues since. I get home and my dad checks my car and says it is now leaking a bunch of fluid and there was a large tear in the boot. He called the place to ask what exactly they did to my car as there was no leak prior. They said they took photos and he lied and said “great can you send them to me so I can compare them to my photos” they than said they couldn’t send the photos because it would take too long. Well my dad’s usual mechanic worked on my car today and confirmed that they did intentionally cut my boots.

Is there anything I can do legally about this?

Me and my 3 siblings always split the bill evenly when we treat our parents to dinner. This mothers day only 1 or 2 of them will be coming to dinner but I now think we should not split the bill evenly as I am the only sibling who drinks alcohol. Is this a more fair way to split the bill?

Me: 1/2
Sibling 1: 1/4
Sibling 2: 1/4

Me: 2/3
Sibling 1: 1/3
(If sibling 2 can’t come)

Me and my mom typically share a bottle of wine and my dad has 2 beers so maybe $50-$90 worth of alcohol is my best guess.

Or should we split food evenly and I cover all the alcohol?

Siblings have never complained about this, I just thought about it and want to make sure I am being mindful of them.

Omg im freaking out, my bf is on his way home from work and I rly had to shit so I thought better do that and shower before he gets back. Well I go to flush and its clogged. I start freaking out. No plunger. I am sweating piss. I grab the toilet bowl cleaner and started shoving it in the toilet and than I cross my fingers and flush again. It overflows. I freak out and grab every towel in sight. I called him and told him to go back to work or just come tomorrow. He was laughing and said its okay and he will take care of it. I said no please just give me a couple hours. No. He’s on his way. I may have 20 minutes at most. I locked all the doors but I think he can pick the locks. Wtf do I do. I am going to take a shot of tequila. I am contemplating reaching my hand in but no amount of bleach will erase the shame.

TL;DR: I clogged my bfs toilet and overflowed his bathroom with shit water.
