before you flame me about contacting ai support or do some prompts to make the ai help me contact the live agent, i tried every possible method.

ebay just implemented the new policy to get rid of the seller fee of around 13% yesterday (28th April) in

australia however upon selling my item today, i am still charged the fee. i tried to contact ebay or at least get some help to get my refund but nothing works man... i need some advice or help. so that i can get rid of the fee as the fees are killing a smaller seller like me who only sold $100 total worth of item upon account creation...
