I have a friend in another country who is constantly facing physical abuse

However they are completely against the idea of getting help no matter how much i push it because their abuser has some kind of blackmail on my friend and it seems they would rather die than have it released

I desperately want to help my friend but im not sure how if they wont listen to me when i tell them to reach out for support

They suffer from severe depression and unless i can help them im worried they could die

Can anyone please help me?
