Why is Steve so popular now?

He's the top 5th most played character this season. He's always been liked but he has never been this popular. Why is that? Ease of use? His new stance pressure making him easier to play? He was always a character for specialists so he was never super popular but lately he's everywhere. What caused that spike in popularity?

What character do you love design wise but hate their gameplay

For me it's Lidia all day. Such a cool concept ruined by stance slop. She was much better in T7 and I hope they can still fix her.

Artist is Jhony Caballero

Generally curious as to why we never see her besides Arslan Ash? She's been arguably top 5 for this games whole life span. She has everything you could want. Great pokes, great whiff punishers, hard hitting, nice big buttons, crouch dash, full crouch mixups, sidestep mixups, b222 etc.

In older games she had more execution requirements with butterfly loops and her hayashida step but you don't really need those much anymore. So why don't more people play her?

I haven't thought of this yet as I'm still fairly new to carrying but what am I supposed to do if someone notices my weapon? I carry appendix so it's probably going to never happen but in that one case if someone sees and points it out or screams how do you handle that situation? Wait for the police? Make it known you have a LTC? Leave? Not sure.

Edit: I'm located in Massachusetts and it's very anti gun here that's my concern.
