The app suddenly stopped working inexplicably
(I don’t have the real app because it won’t install on my phone, so I am using a browser. I’ve been ordering this way regularly for months without a problem.)
I was in the middle of ordering groceries when it suddenly stopped working properly. Instead of the row of food categories across the top of the screen (meat, dairy, produce, bakery, etc.), there is a “buy it again“ row of items that I have bought before, followed by several rows of completely irrelevant items that I never buy.
I closed all open apps and shut down my phone. Then restarted it in the hope that this was just some weird glitch. However it continues to behave the same way. I cannot access my cart, I can’t access any of the items that I still want to buy, unless I happen to know the name of it and then I can use the search feature.
Has anyone seen something like this before? Just seems like I’m not able to use this app anymore. If anyone has a suggestion (short of buying a new phone, which is not an option at the moment), please let me know.
