My first Job after college as an Business EA to the MD, need guidance

So I was working in IT as a Software Dev, later did a degree in management, and got this job as an Business EA, in the Real Estate space. I want to know more about RE and this will give me some exposure.

The problem is working with the MD, I am finding it very challenging. He is always grumpy and in a month I am constantly having BP spikes whenever I interact with him in the day. Even after gling home I am stressed about the work and how the next day will span out.

The teams here know that firing culture is very common at this firm. They call my job a hot seat, I am the 4th EA in 4 years. And the Personal EA almost never stays after a year.

And maybe thats whats triggering my anxiety.
