How do I mention MB about possible flat head in baby

Yesterday I was reading the post about how long newborns should be held and end up doing research in containers baby, just to find out that the baby I just started to take care of might have a slight case of flat head.

I did notice a difference shape when I startered but (sorry for this) I thought flat heads only looked one way, but looking a the pictures NK has one side flatter that the other.

So, yes I’ll mentioned it because its part of my job, but how? For some context, i just started with the family literally a week ago so i don’t know if this is something that has been previously discussed with a pediatrician, which will be weird to not mention.

On the second hand, the family have been having some stressful time because they are moving and changing so many things around their life and they are new parents, so I know saying something like “he might have flat head syndrome” or “NK heads needs to be check” will freak them out and I don’t want to.

Lastly, I don’t want them to feel judge or bad, because it might be because they use stroller a lot and probably with the moving used a lot of car sit

Anyway I know I sound like spiraling but that’s how my brain works and that’s why I’m here. I need some kind words to tell her and not freak her out.
