So I was mowing and accidentally ran over the Ethernet cord. I only nicked it but one wire (orange) got cut in half and none of the rest are damaged. I have wire strippers, electrical tape, and crimpers along with multiple connectors I got in a set a while back. Cat 5 or 6 cable.

So I was pulled over in Muskogee county last night for a tag and ticketed for no proof of insurance. I have tribal tags and am a registered native. I asked if they could run my plates since that's what they've usually done with the same car and tag and we're always able to pull up my insurance that way but he said they couldn't. Is it handled by the tribe or state? Also got a court date but last time I was pulled over they said I had to contact Cherokee nation over it since I'm tribal with tribal plates. So how is this different?
