Dating as a person with DPDR?

I am of the mind that a lot of things can be worked through, but I feel like having to tell someone-

"hey, I don't actually feel emotions at all and can barely perceived the world around me, and as far as my brain is concerned you're hardly different from any of the other walking shadows, but somehow still think you're neat. Wanna go out?"

Is this something y'all have given up on trying for until you're recovered or are you going for it anyway

I Don't Love by Have a Nice Life - it's a little abrasive but seriously if you need something outside yourself to validate what's going on in your head this song does it for me.

Feel free to share a song that does this for you too.

Obviously tons of games tackle themes like amnesia, schizophrenia, bipolar, DID, ADHD, you name it. But obviously as a much less talked about disorder we rarely see representation in media of DPDR.

Those of you who haven't played night in the woods by the way, 100% one of my favourite games and you will almost certainly relate hard to the main character. Couldn't recommend it enough
