These “recruiters” will message you the script over and over. Even giving them the time of day/test to see if this opportunity is real. “ Hi [insert name]! I hope you are doing well. I came across your profile and I was really impressed. I would love to schedule some time to learn more about your career goals.” Doubt this is a real posting, but if it is, I hope Kiewit Construction see this. This is now happening multiple times a month with various companies (probably +70% of the communications on these sites) , I’m tempted to remove my resume/profile from every site.
