Since I found out that I have hashimoto I kind of became obsessed with food and what is healthy for the gut microbiome. Does anyone know if you can reduce the antibodies and support the healing of leaky gut by eating healthy without having to take any pills? For example stuff like Kefir, Kimchi, pickled cabbage (anything fermented) and beetroot etc. If you think a healthy diet can help, do you have any other recommendations?
