Hi everyone, so a bit of a background. I went from 90 kg’s to 77kg’s in like 15 months which is a lot because I was a lot inconsistent and life was just happening with all the events around.

Im still fat, so i want to lose it fast now I can’t wait 5-6 months more to lose 7 kg’s. How do I do it?
