Basically I had a virtual and physical card, someone started trying to make fraudulent purchases with my physical card number through PayPal. I never activated the physical card so the purchases never went through. I then had to lock the virtual card just to be safe and report what happened. They suspended my whole account for over 3 weeks. I would call and just get transferred from one foreign person to another. I would get unhelpful messages one after another on the app as well from “support” ..finally (what worked for me) was typing in ALL CAPS and screaming that it was f’ng ridiculous and I need to speak to a supervisor and or someone who can UNDERSTAND me and I was cursing up a storm through the help message. Wouldn’t ya know, problem solved the next day. Anyways thought this might help someone.
