Has anyone had issues obtaining an official 10-day payoff letter from Bridgecrest? I’m refinancing at a much better rate but the bank needs an official payoff letter, not the payoff quote you can obtain online.

I requested one yesterday and they still have not emailed it. I called this morning and they said it takes 24-48 hours. I’ve never heard of a payoff letter taking more than a couple of hours.

I hope they aren’t giving me the runaround.
