Tested a few ways to get in front of local business owners:

• Cold DMs → almost no response
• Reddit convos → decent for starting discussions
• Walking in → highest hit rate, but not scalable

Main takeaway: most owners aren’t active where typical online audiences are, so standard tactics don’t translate well.

Still early, but interesting gap between what works online vs offline.

Any advice on what to change?
