Senior level burnt out UX designer. I’ve hit a wall with the whole corporate scene and the AI/Product grind. Balancing a full-time job at a 'good' company with side freelancing sounded great, but I’m honestly fried. I’m finding it harder to wrap my head around complex requirements, especially when I’m not building something from scratch. I keep a straight face at the office, but by Friday, I’m a total wreck.

What used to be my dream job now feels like it’s just draining my best years and keeping me away from my family/friends. Does anyone else feel like they’re just faking it through the exhaustion, or is anyone else actually doing okay in this role?
