Please help very scared

I had a schizophrenic episode for most of my a levels and was in and out of hospital but now am out and I don't want to resit but also have been too ill/medicated to revise much and been very depressed , I barely know most of content and am on u u d for English lit business and history, is it possible with like 8 hours studying which im prepared for for me to achieve b c c or b b c i am panicking as I don't want this to ruin my life I need to meet my Nottingham offer which was contextual for my ill health and a real life saver exams are soon I’m edexcel if I really cram I have week breaks between different papers for each exam
