Retentions information
So I contacted the live chat to put in my 30 days notice the day before it was due, they offered £1 more than the renewals on the VM app, which I of course declined. Was told they will open a case for a manager, was given a reference and asked if I wanted to give my 30 days notice (they outlined it can be cancelled at any point before the last day of service). I agreed and my 30 days was given, was told I will be contacted 24/48 hours later, cut to today, I have received an email stating someone spoke to me regarding my package and the case was closed, that was it, they didn’t call as they said they would, just close the case and send a template saying case is closed please respond if you don’t feel this is adequate. Would it be worth calling retentions and if so does someone have a number for them as I can’t seem to find one that’s up to date? Thanks!
