Telus escalation unable to approve the discount that agent promise when i add the new line.
I add a lines to telus coz the agent told me that yes you can get discount the same to your primary line and since the agent having a hard time to apply so he send the letter instead to escalation team so they can add it to my account manually but he guarantee that i have nothing to worry about and the discount will appear to next cycle bill. But i receive a mail from escalation team that they are unable to approve the discount. And i call and talk the escalation team and she told me that they cant apply the discount and the best she can do is give me a one time credit but im more happy if can i get the discount rather than the credit.
Do you think who i gonna call to talk next that can help me to apply the discount that agent promise when i add the line.
