Anyone here launched a mobile game from scratch? Would love to hear about mistakes, things that worked surprisingly well, random pitfalls, or just any advice in general. What kind of results did you guys get in the end?
I’m currently working on a mobile game and trying to avoid as many beginner mistakes as possible.
Would love to not only enjoy the development process, but actually get some decent results out of it too.
What were the biggest problems you ran into during development or marketing? Anything you wish you knew earlier? Any simple tools/workflows that saved you a ton of time?
