I know that characters travel to and from there in Siege of Terra and that the beacon is plugged into the Golden Throne but I never see it in Siege of Terra maps and it is not described as being part of the Imperial Palace.

As DPS when do I want weapons damage vs crit chance vs crit damage vs pen?

Please do not recommend builds, I am more interested in how these stats fundamentally interact with the game.
