Hey everyone! We’re looking for an ambitious, hands-on General Manager to lead a quality-focused, LGBTQIA+-owned café in Camberwell 💅

💸 The basics:
* £15 per hour (35 hours a week)
* Plus performance-linked equity (yes, actual stake in the business)
* Full-time role
✨ What you’ll be doing:
* Running the café day-to-day and keeping everything smooth
* Leading from the front (you won’t be stuck in the office)
* Building and managing a solid, happy team
* Keeping standards high — coffee, service, and overall vibe
* Handling suppliers, stock, and helping grow the business

* Experience in hospitality leadership (Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Manager)
* Someone who takes real ownership and pride in their work
* A people-person who can lead a team and create a great atmosphere
* Passion for good coffee + great service
