Classical music laserdisc and vhs collection

Got some for free or very low prices. A lot of good media and some things are hard to find or are still under copyright and cannot be distributed freely on sites like YouTube. Analog video is truly a gem and physical media is very important in this digital world because it is a physical representation of history and film/video is art itself.

I’m only 25, LD and VHS were already on their way out by the time I was born.

It started when I was at a major festival and got a bunch of laserdiscs of opera for free. I thought they were records at first before I opened any boxes, then I was shocked when I opened one of the boxes for the first time. Years later I bought a laserdisc player, (got a bunch of movies), got more operas and classical music performances, and discovered a lot of content, some of which isn’t online. Then that led to VHS, dug out the super dusty unused VCR from my parents’ closet, and bought tapes of operas and special filmed concerts, and now I’m getting into classical music documentaries as well.
