Hi! Mag ask ako ng opinion ninyo about my current situation. Right now, employed ako for 1 year and 6 months sa isang BPO company. Pero naghahanap din ako ng iba pa kasi, first, compensation wise, mababa siya. 24k basic 27k package. Second, walang growth as in. Third, dumadami na yung kups sa prod, nakakatoxic na. Ngayon, I was hired sa isang start up company in BGC. 27k basic 30k package. Nagopen yung company last year lang. 2 accounts palang meron and kung saan ako na hire, wave 1 ako.

Help me decide if iggrab ko ba si BGC or stay na muna ako and look for other opportunities pa?
