Hi, I'm 23F and I have a job interview later. It's an associate role in business development for a fintech company

I was wondering kung ano pwede kong asking salary range kasi I'm just 4 months into my current job, ayokong magmukhang makapal mukha or ilowball naman sarili ko. I want to leave my current first job kasi it offers me 18k, 5days RTO, unpaid leaves and no hmo pa kasi di pa ko nakaka 6 months,nagddorm ako, and malayo pa ko sa hometown ko kaya weekly ako nauwi samin.

Some would say na good na sya for entry-level position, but my tasks wasn't entry-level-ish, out of all my teammates ako yung may dagdag na ibang supporting tasks. Mas mahaba training plan ko. I assume their salary is slightly lower than mine kasi malapit lang sila sa work and hindi nagddorm kaya sinusulit talaga bayad sakin HAHAHA I do my tasks well naman and Im confident na strong yung adaptability ko

Anyway, yung offer nitong new company na to ay:

- hybrid setup: 2-3 days RTO, 2 days wfh (I get to uwi na sa fam ko)

- hmo sa day 1

- but shifting schedule (morning, mid, gy)

- same tasks sa ginagawa ko now (onboarding, due diligence review, client reqs checking, lead generation, agreement drafting, CRM)

I'd like to be honest din sa interviewer na ayoko ng gy shift but willing to work sa holidays and weekends.

Is 28,000-32,000 good? or 30,000-32,000?

I have experience naman po pero merely 6 months or less (if sum up in total)​, and that time my salary was 15k per month ig.
