hi all, i am planning to start a cooking content. I need an adjustable tripod for my phone, also maybe a remote to control. People who have used them, can you guys recommend me? Affordable options as well as something that is good enough for a videos.

plus do you buy separate light for this or any there tripods that support attaching light?
