If youre thinking about doing Reta, Mots-c, Tesa DO IT
I'd dropped the easy weight with diet and lifting but plateaued hard. Instead of cycling peptides one at a time I decided to stack reta, tesa, and MOTS-c together. Figured each one was hitting a different lever and I'd just see what shook out over a couple months.
The staclk...
- Retatrutide as the main driver, once weekly. Started low and titrated up. Hit 10MG
- Tesamorelin in the evening pre-bed, 5 days on 2 off.
- MOTS-c a few times a week, usually on training days.
Reta was the workhorse, no surprise. Appetite suppression hit within the first week and was almost too strong at first — I was setting reminders to eat. The food noise being gone is still the wildest part for me. By week 3 I was eating like a normal human instead of someone who craved chipotle at every waking hour.
Tesa was subtler but I'm a believer. Sleep got noticeably deeper — vivid dreams for the first couple weeks nothing crazy but happened, then it normalized but I was waking up actually rested. Midsection seemed to lean out faster than my overall weight loss would suggest. My shirts were more loose on my mid section, I was able to buy fitted T-shirts.
MOTS-c is the one I can't fully credit or dismiss. Im not all too sure how it works, could be complete plecebo but I read it works on the cellular level and there needs to be other peptides taken before hand, but overall I believe it helped the stack.
Lost 18lb's about 4% body fat, while keeping muscle. Would recommend.
